We have a ‘beef’ with chronic disease

1 out of every 3 African adults has a chronic disease or is at risk of one. Unhealthy lifestyles are the leading cause of chronic diseases and premature death. Despite advances in healthcare and mobile technology, there has been little innovation when it comes to helping Africans prevent or treat chronic diseases.

Our simple idea is that we can make digital products that deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to prevent, or treat chronic diseases, improve patient outcomes, and reduce medical costs. We are helping people restore their health, joy, and vitality, and helping them do things they previously could not do because they were ill.
